Microsoft Paint 自 Windows 1.0 内置于系统，到 Windows 10 已经有 32 年历史。在宣布不再继续开发，可能在将来 Windows 10 版本中删除后，微软今天意外感受到了这款软件的用户支持度，不得不在各渠道澄清：

Microsoft Paint 仍在，会通过 Windows Store 发布出来免费提供。

微软也推荐了 Windows 10 Creators Update 中新推出的 Paint 3D，一些 Paint 经典功能都在 Paint 3D 中得以保留。（via Windows）
